Terms of Service

3DN · Effective 22 July 2026 · Family hub & compute

These Terms govern (a) the 3DN family hub at 3dn.nl and (b) 3DN compute / managed hosting products offered through that hub (customer intake, support, admin, and related services). Product-specific pages add detail; where they conflict on a product feature, that product’s Terms apply for that feature.

Most of what truly shapes adult life sits in three foundations: work (how you create value), money (how value is held and moved), and politics (how the rules and influence over your life are decided). The 3DN family is built around that whole — not as three random apps, but as connected pieces of the same economy.

Work — IWISH (local marketplace labour) and ZZP2ZZP (independent professional work).
Money — DutchBud (closed-loop virtual credits) and 3DN (compute & hosting you run on).
Politics — PolitiCap (civic market simulation: put contribution where your mouth is).

The triskelion mark stands for that unity — three arms, one centre — not a religious claim.

Compute is the substrate under work and money.

3DN runs infrastructure so people and small organisations can host applications, connect securely, and participate in the family economy. Virtual credits (DutchBud) and euro billing, when offered, are separate price books — we do not treat DutchBud as a convertible euro wallet.

1. The family map

Work — IWISH (local marketplace) and ZZP2ZZP (professional freelancers).
Money — DutchBud (closed-loop virtual ledger) and 3DN compute (what you run on; euro and/or credit plans when published).
Politics — PolitiCap (civic market simulation with virtual credits only).

2. 3DN compute & hosting

Managed virtual machines, network isolation, bandwidth classes, storage, and related ops are described at intake and in your customer profile when available.
You must not use hosting for illegal content, abuse, spam, or attacks on others.
You remain responsible for what you install and publish on your environment, and for your end users.
Fair-use bandwidth and resource limits apply as configured for your plan; we may throttle or suspend for abuse.
Backups, SLA, and support channels are as published for your plan — not unlimited by default.

3. Billing (euro and DutchBud)

Where euro billing is offered (e.g. card / iDEAL), amounts are in EUR only.
Where DutchBud billing is offered, amounts are in virtual credits (Ƀ / DBB) only.
We do not publish or apply an exchange rate that converts credits into euro for tax or cash-out purposes.
Unpaid or abusive accounts may be suspended after notice where practical.

4. No real money into PolitiCap; no DutchBud cash-out

PolitiCap does not accept real-money deposits for trading and does not pay out cash winnings.
DutchBud credits are not legal tender, have no guaranteed cash value, and are not redeemable from us for money.
Credits are obtained primarily by proof of sweat (work on IWISH and related participation) and published grants — not by buying a gambling stake from us.

5. IWISH real currency is peer-to-peer

On IWISH, real-currency settlement is optional and between users only. The operator does not receive those P2P payments. See IWISH Terms.

6. Not gambling

3DN services are designed as work, coordination, budgeting, compute, and civic simulation with non-redeemable virtual credits — not as online gambling or a house-banked casino.

7. Accounts, identity, support

Accurate registration where required; secure credentials and WireGuard or SSH keys we issue.
Support tickets and customer portals are for legitimate account holders; do not abuse them.
No multi-account abuse, harassment, or illegal use of infrastructure.

9. No warranties; liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for peer-to-peer payment disputes between users, lost virtual balances, data loss beyond published backup scope, downtime outside a written SLA, or indirect damages.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; the effective date on this page will change. Continued use means acceptance. Contact channels published on 3dn.nl.
