Terms of Service

3DN · Effective 15 July 2026 · Family umbrella terms

These Terms govern participation in the 3DN family of services, including the site at 3dn.nl and the related products IWISH, DutchBud, and PolitiCap. Product-specific pages add detail; where they conflict on a product feature, that product’s Terms apply for that feature. By using any 3DN service, you agree to these conditions.

Put your WORK where your mouth is.

Earn through real contribution (especially proof-of-sweat work on IWISH). Hold value as DutchBud virtual credits. Allocate those credits on PolitiCap as a civic market simulation — not as a cash casino.

1. The three arms of the economy

IWISH — local marketplace for sellers, riders, and buyers. Work creates real-world value.
DutchBud — closed-loop virtual ledger / unit of account for earned credits (not a cash bank).
PolitiCap — civic participation and market simulation using DutchBud credits only.

The small triskelion mark on our sites represents that unity — three ventures, one center — not a claim about ancient religion.

2. No real money into PolitiCap or DutchBud cash-out

PolitiCap does not accept real-money deposits for trading and does not pay out cash winnings.
DutchBud credits are not legal tender, have no guaranteed cash value, and are not redeemable from us for money.
Credits are obtained primarily by proof of sweat (work on IWISH) and published grants — not by buying a gambling stake from us.

3. IWISH: choose real currency (P2P) or virtual credits

On IWISH, for eligible work, participants may choose:

Real currency between users only — e.g. payment QR. Money moves peer-to-peer (buyer ↔ seller / parties to the job). The platform operator does not receive those P2P payments and is not the merchant of record for them.
DutchBud virtual credits — earn or accept closed-loop credits for use in the 3DN economy (including later allocation on PolitiCap).

You remain responsible for taxes and local law on any real-currency amounts you send or receive.

4. Not gambling

3DN services are designed as work, coordination, budgeting, and civic simulation with non-redeemable virtual credits — not as online gambling, sports betting, or a house-banked casino. You agree not to use or market them as real-money wagering.

5. Roles and trust (PolitiCap and related)

Ordinary participants hold the role Investor on PolitiCap when trading features are available. Further roles (News Agency, Broker, Market Maker, oversight, …) may require higher trust levels and skills. Privileged roles are not sold for cash.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

Accurate registration where required; secure credentials.
No fraud, multi-account abuse, harassment, illegal goods, or market manipulation.
No selling accounts or virtual credits for real money off-platform.

8. No warranties; liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for peer-to-peer payment disputes between users, lost virtual balances, or indirect damages from use of free or simulation features.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; the effective date on this page will change. Continued use means acceptance. Contact channels published on 3dn.nl.
